Workshops
Workshops are facilitated by Artistic Director Yvonne Ng and are grounded in her choreographic, performance, and research-based practices. Designed for professional artists, university students, and community participants, these workshops offer embodied entry points into movement as inquiry, authorship, and lived experience.
Rather than focusing on stylistic replication, workshops emphasize attention, responsiveness, and decision-making — inviting participants to generate movement through curiosity, memory, sensation, and lived experience. Workshops may focus on creative process, repertoire, performance, or professional development, and are adapted to the context, experience, and interests of each group.

Repertoire & Performance-Based Workshops
These workshops offer participants an introduction to selected repertoire and creative processes. Sessions typically begin with a guided warm-up, followed by learning and working with dance phrases drawn from existing works. Attention is given to detail within larger movement structures, spatial awareness, and performance quality — supporting participants in understanding how movement functions in relation to intention, presence, and audience.

Expansive Boundaries — Choreographic Transformations

The Artist as Entrepreneur
A professional development workshop addressing the practical realities of sustaining an artistic practice, including funding, contracts, co-productions, and long-term planning.
