Led by various Swallowing Clouds facilitators including: Marie Lambin-Gagnon, Janaki Banting, Olivia Arcangeli, Morgyn Aronyk-Schell, and Brandon Valdivia. Swallowing Clouds Spring Awakening is a series of step by step routines where you’ll get the opportunity to work through some art and movement from the comfort of your own home. Set yourself up in an open, comfortable space and get ready to get creative!
How to participate:
1. Select a video of your choosing, in random order or in the order we’ve laid out
2. Make sure your space is wide open for proper movement and safety
3. Play the video and follow along!
The programme is suitable for youth aged 8-11.
