Our Mission

We value dance and movement as an important component of communication that allows us to understand ourselves, share with each other, and express ourselves as multifaceted beings. princess productions does this by housing the creative initiatives of tiger princess dance projects and dance: made in canada/fait au canada.
Our Mandate
To educate and increase the public’s understanding and appreciation of dance by providing performances and opportunities in public places, performance venues, seniors homes, community centres, and educational institutions and by providing seminars on topics relating to such performances.
Our Focus:
- Choreographic creation by the Artistic Director, Yvonne Ng, through tiger princess dance projects;
- To create and tour the repertoire both nationally and internationally;
- To produce the biennial dance: made in canada/fait au canada Festival (d:mic/fac Festival)

So what do we do?
princess productions is the umbrella organization for both tiger princess dance projects and dance: made in canada/fait au canada. As a whole, we facilitate the creation and dissemination of art and are invested in building culture within communities. We value dance and movement as an important component of communication that allows us to understand ourselves, share with each other, and express ourselves as multifaceted beings. Separately, we are on two unique missions that add to the vibrant dance sector in different capacities.
