Swallowing Clouds’ Spring Awakening Dance Activities is a series of percussion and dance videos that you can follow along to at home. Join us here online as we release new segments of the routine!

Led by Brandon Valdivia, Marie Lambin-Gagnon, Janaki Banting, Olivia Arcangeli & Morgyn Aronyk-Schell, Body Percussion and Dance is a step by step process where you’ll get the opportunity to work through a full routine that you can follow along to from the comfort of your own home. Set yourself up in an open space and get ready to get creative!

How to work through the Body Percussion and Dance Series:
1. Start with the Body Percussion videos (1-6) led by Brandon Valdivia
2. Move with the Body Dance videos led by Marie Lambin-Gagnon, Janaki Banting, Olivia Arcangeli & Morgyn Aronyk-Schell
3. Put it all together!

The programme is suitable for youth aged 8-11.
