Moving Stories is a custom-designed movement-based class offering for older adults. Join Artistic Director Yvonne Ng and her team of professional artists in a fun, healthy, and exciting arts program!

These classes offer an introduction into the enriching world of art and creativity through movement, dance and music. They aim to improve circulation, retain joint mobility, promote mental stimulation, improve posture and coordination, and build strength and balance.

No previous dance experience is required.

Suggested Age: 60+

Go at your own pace, modifications encouraged
Exercises can be modified for seated movement or standing
